Meet The Team
Emma
Hair on Hallett’s owner and creator, Emma is a local girl, who has 13 years’ experience. Emma has found her passion for a natural, organic approach to hairdressing. She has combined her two loves, hairdressing and health. She strives to try her best to stock organic, Australian, vegan, cruelty free, ammonia free, preservative free, eco products where possible. It is a working and ongoing process for Emma to better the salon. She ensures the salon recycles and uses environmentally friendly products and practices. “Hair on Hallett has always had a loyal clientele and I go out of my way to really get to know my clients and their hair”, says Emma. When Emma is not at the salon she is busy spending time with her family Chester, Winston and husband Todd. She also enjoys cooking and yoga. Teaching a few yoga classes a couple of times a week.
Cristy
Cristy grew up in the South East of SA on her family farm. She finished school in Adelaide and went on to pursue her passion for hairdressing. Once she finished her apprenticeship, she moved back to her home for 4 years and then decided on a sea change and made her way to the YP for work. She met her now husband Brad and had two beautiful kids. Cristy has a huge amount of experience and in the past has owned her own salon. Cristy is a loyal employee at Hair on Hallett. A bubbly, friendly face who finds a way to pamper every client’s needs. When Cristy is not at work she spends her time with her husband and two children, plus her family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to do a bit of sewing and cooking.

Taylor
Taylor started with us in May 2023 as a first year apprentice. Taylor has always been passionate about hairdressing and completed a Certificate 2 in Salon Assistant at Tafe before beginning at Hair on Hallett. She has quickly become a much loved member of the team, and all our clients have fallen in love with her incredible head wash and massage skills. She has already shown a natural ability in hairdressing and is such a quick learner. She loves making her clients feel beautiful with a refresh toner and style. When Taylor isn't at work she enjoys spending time with her gorgeous son.

Lily
Lily joined us in November 2022 to help with the busy Christmas rush. She quickly became part of the team and we kept her on as our after school tea and tidy. She is currently in grade 11 and loves hairdressing so dreams to pursue a career in it when she completes school. In Lily's spare time, she is very busy doing dancing 4 nights a week and hanging out with her friends.
